        Fixed an issue that could result in service price being zero  for flat-rate items, when importing into a quote from file.

        Bug

        We fixed an issue with legacy invoice PDF templates, where if printed in an alternative currency to the Project may have used the current (today's) exchange rate for VAT calculations rather than the rate stored with the transaction. They now always use the rate stored with the transaction.
