Bug	We fixed a bug in the Client Billing tab, where the 'Not Costed' list would be incorrect, and might show some costed items - typically Purchase Orders. This could also prevent a Project from being set to Completed due to the check incorrectly assuming there were some outstanding tasks.	F9230 G1770 22.11.13
