Fixed problem whereby it was possible to access Media Event Search without the /showlibrarysearch permission.
Also fixed the Media Event Search heading in the search screen itself, which was not being displayed correctly.

User accounts log after a period of X days without use. The no. days is configurable, but was not working properly, so accounts would always be locked after 30 days regardless on setting.
