        Feature

        We have changed how the Status of Ratecard items work. Items may now be set to 'DELETED', even if in use. This status will prevent it from being added to new jobs etc. Items set to 'HIDDEN' will not appear in Service dropdowns etc, but may still be added in some cases (eg if it the default service for a resoure when being booked). Where 'HIDDEN' or 'DELETED' items appear in jobs / quotes etc, it will be clearly indicated below the service code.
