        Changed how SSO settings are saved & loaded in the SSO Configuration screen (& updated associated login code).

        Feature

        Added a new 'Notifications' tool to the main iCFM dashboard page. A bulb icon will illuminate and flash when there are new notifications, which includes release notes. 

Release notes will no longer be hosted on https://www.cetasoft.net/news, and this page will be retired shortly.
