Artist Portal
Bug	We've fixed a bug in Artist Portal v2 ("Porthole") which meant that sometimes the additional services added by the Artist (uploads, FTPs etc) were not being transferred to the Job correctly. Now they are! Lucky you!	G13 19.05.06
Bug	Fixed bug where if the DATE BASED ACTUAL TIMES setting was 9 then the Resource Schedule service actualised date and User Information was not being saved. This meant that the Dashboard Artists Hours tab did not list all of the Jobs for each Artist.	F2459 G9 19.05.07
Feature	If you are using Active Directory or another form of LDAP internally for your user login authentication, you will be pleased to know that the Artist Portal v2 ("Porthole") can now be configured to use LDAP authentication. No more passwords on sticky notes in your edit suites!	G10 19.05.04
Feature	If you are working under NDA or have a workstation without access to the web, you can now still use the Artist Portal v2 ("Porthole") as all files are now hosted locally (there are no longer any CDN-based files).	F2641 G15 19.05.07
Bidding
Bug	This was a major issue for many of you, and we are sorry it took so long for us to figure it out. We finally fixed the bug which meant rows on a Quote would randomly move up and down, for apparently no reason. Well - they no longer do, so you dont need to keep shuffling things. Bug	When editing a Bid, any services that are set as "Hidden" in the Ratecard are now highlighted with a yellow background. This is so you can switch them to a more appropriate code. If you are unsure why this may have happened, please check with whoever maintains your ratecard in CETA.	F2164 G513 19.08.01
Feature	We have made a change to how the tiers work on Quotes (if you are not using Tiers, then you can ignore this one). When you update the quantity of any of the tiers, it assumes you want to keep the tier-quantity-total the same as the bid-units-total. Assuming T3 is the default - if you add one unit to T1, it will remove one unit from T3. That way, you generally only have to edit one box rather than several.	F1895 G483 19.08.01
Feature	We have added a checkbox to the "Copy Bid" dialog which will allow you to copy over attachments to the newly created Bid. This is not selected by default. If you are not using Attachments and want to - let us know!	F1874 G478 19.08.01
Feature	The heading of the default custom bid pdf report now changes for each type of Bid. Ballpark bids now have the heading 'Ballpark', Pitch bids have the heading 'Pitch' and all other types default to 'Quotation'.	F2012 G549 19.08.01
Billing and Invoicing
Bug	Fixed bug where if you had multiple Invoices listed on the Project 'Client Billing' tab, and you open one and edited the Invoice Date [requiring admin permissions], it would update other Invoices on that Project to have the same Invoice Date.	F2430 G553 19.05.09
Feature	We have known that the Client Billing page has needed some work for a while, but since it worked - it always took a back seat. Well, we recently had some time to re-think things, so we have added a brand new page for Billing row allocation. This is the start of a replacement Accounts Transaction/Client Billing screen. It has much fast searching, no slow refreshes between assignments, in-line editing of pricing and details, and a nice pink UI. :) You can access this new page by selecting "Billing Row Assignment" from the Project->Client Billing tab. CRM and Leads
Feature	Projects finally have proper comments - like Leads! We have created a "Project Comments" section in the Project display which allows users to enter comments - each tagged with date/time and who added them. If the Project was created from a Lead, then the Lead comments will also be in the stream. In addition, we've centralised the Attachments so any Attachments for any entities for a Project are all visible on the Project screen. All Jobs, Quotes and Invoice attachments can be accessed from the Project summary tab bar.	F2632 G613 19.08.01
General
Bug	Fixed Bug where the Actuals Collection page would not work correctly for clients using the new method of adding actuals times, (regular, overtime, weekend hours).	F2678 G624 19.05.16
Feature	We now check to make sure that DMG services, as well as Resource schedule services, are present before a Job can be Confirmed. This only affects clients who have the REQUIRE_SERVICES_TO_CONFIRM_JOB setting enabled.	F2533 G607 19.05.12
Integration
Feature	We tracked down and fixed an ongoing issue in the subscriber-based iCal files - which meant they were not being generated correctly. We also added the Job Title and Subtitle fields to the Calendar so your Artists get more information in their calendar application. If you are not using Calendars (eg. Media and Shipping
Bug	We've added the ability to customise Search screens to search multiple fields for one value. eg. Find all records where the Title, Sub Title or Product contain the word "forage".	F2666 G623 19.05.11
Feature	Have you ever wanted software that automatically clears certain fields when duplicating an existing Media record? Well, today is your lucky day! We have added a new config setting to which you can assign a list of field names that will be cleared when duplicating an existing media record. Popular fields for clearing include Shelf, Location, Item number etc. The setting is named CLEAR_FIELDS_ON_MEDIA_DUPLICATION. Gone are the days of having to clear these fields yourselves! Feature	We have added the ability to create custom fields on the library/media page (much like the bid, job and project pages). These fields can be created by your admin and can contain any extra data that iCFM does not readily hold, eg. "Amount of dust on tape".	G514 19.08.01
Misc Costs
Feature	Do you people at your company eat food? They do?! Do you use receipt tracking services? Does someone then have to type all that up into CETA? Well once again, CETA are here to save you time. We've updated the Import tool in Miscellaneous Costs and you can now import files from Seamless, Uber and Expensify. If you have another service you use, then speak to us and we can drop a new import in for you. Please reach out to CETA or your CETA Admin if you need help in setting these up.	F939 G369 19.08.01
Products
Bug	Fixed a classic bug - there was issue where any Product names that included an apostrophe would not auto-populate the Product name field - in the search criteria of the Project entity tabs.	G462 19.08.01
Projects
Bug	Fixed a bug with the process that allows users to change a Project Number. Thankfully, hardly anyone uses this - but if you do - you can now use it without concern. This only applies to installs where the project number can be entered manually.	F2711 G628 19.05.11
Feature	There is a new option to show a list of Confirmed and Pencil Jobs on the Project Summary tab, instead of the Purchase Order list. This hides the Purchase Orders, but some customers thought this was preferable if it meant they could see the incomplete Jobs. Let us know if you want this enabled!	F1128 G573 19.08.01
Feature	The "Transactions" and "Production Company" tabs on the Project page now display an asterisk if any information is available. On the Transactions tab, the asterisk will be only be displayed if there are Transactions where the Company is selected on the Transaction itself, but may not be the main Company attached to the Project. Feature	We've added the ability to store how much disk space is being taken up by a Project. These values are available on the project header and can be hidden if not required. Feature	Added a new config setting which when enabled will display the Alt Contact, Executive Producer and Our Contact names in the Job header. These fields are read only. Schedule
Bug	Overnight Shifts may now be booked using the 'Individual Days' method in the Holiday & Shift Editor. Saves you having to do them all manually, one-by-one. This was already working fine for Shifts that didnt span midnight - but now it works for all.	G630 19.05.12

Feature	We have tidied up the Service selector pop-up when changing a service at the point of making a new Job. We have also slightly modified the layout of the Resource Schedule list when you open a Job. This is all prep-work, in advance of us performing some much bigger improvements in the next update. Feature	We have added a great new tool to the Schedule, which fades out Jobs which dont match your search criteria. They are still visible, but made 75% transparent, so you can clearly see the Jobs you care about. There is a new text box at the bottom of the Schedule labelled "Filter". Feature	If you have a RESOURCE_SHIFT_TYPE set, when you edit a Staff Resource to have a start/end date in their HR resource data, then a shift will automatically be drawn for that period so you can see visually where the member of staff's contract start's finishes.	F2070 G497 19.08.01
Security
Feature	Password maintenance is a pain, as is making sure you deactivate your accounts as staff members leave. To help with this, we have added the ability to authenticate using the Okta platform! Bug	We have updated our email code so that messages with attachments can now also be sent from iCFM - without the need for a custom SMTP server. An SMTP server was previously required for any emails that contained attachments; now they go through MailGun EU along with any emails containing no attachments.	G635 19.05.16
