        Bug

        Fixed a bug in places where 'recent login history' is shown. Sometimes the list may not have shown all recent login or failed login entries. This was due to the way that the data was pulled from two separate tables, and a limit on those queries was applied incorrectly. Now, login history lists show the most recent events in chronological order, whether access was granted or not.
